Laura Walsh Laffineuse, M.D., is joining VitalMD in March 2010. Dr. Laffineuse specializes in Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Dr. Laffineuse was born in Washington D.C., and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland at College Park. She spent several years in Research and Development at a biomedical firm before completing her degree in Medicine from the University of Maryland in Baltimore.

Dr. Laffineuse completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. Her Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship was completed at Case Western University / MetroHealth Medical Center located in Cleveland, Ohio. She joined Dr. Christine Edwards in Florida in 2008.
